• The Blow-Out Deal can only be purchased at Uzuri Hair Studio
  • Only one Blow-Out Deal card per person
  • The Blow-Out Deal card will be valid for 12 months from date of purchase
  • Once 12 months have passed since the date of purchase, you will no longer be able to use the card or claim a refund of any unused value remaining on the card
  • Blow-Out Deal is valid on services listed in package only and one per appointment
  • Blow-Out Deal Card is non-refundable, or transferable or redeemed for cash. It also cannot be exchanged for a different denomination or promotion
  • Blow-Out Deal can be used any day except for Saturday’s
  • Please treat the Blow-Out Card like Cash.  Any lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded
  • The bearer of the card will be responsible for the use and safety of the card.
  • Uzuri Hair reserves the right to change any of the terms contained in these terms and conditions of use at any time.
